Delivery Area & Shipping Costs

KINGBAG Europe currently ships within the European Union only.

All KINGBAG Europe orders are subject to a standard shipping fee of €13.99, which is added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Germany: 2 to 5 business days
Other EU countries: 3 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery country, carrier, public holidays, weather, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If we become aware of a significant shipping delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Carriers, Tracking & Delivery Issues

Orders are shipped with common logistics providers such as GLS, DHL, UPS, DPD, or other available carriers, depending on the delivery country and carrier availability.

The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination and available shipping options. Customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KINGBAG Europe is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Partial Shipments

Where reasonable, orders may be shipped in more than one package or delivery.

No additional shipping fee will be charged if we split your order into multiple shipments.

Customs and Import Fees

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import fees should apply.
